How to Identify and Correct Interlacing in your video.

You may have noticed that your video looks great on tv, but when you play it on a Computer it has jagged lines. This is generally caused by interlaced video. Interlacing refreshes an image on the screen by scanning every other line, and on the next scan, scanning every opposite line.
