How to Record from a Device

One of the many features of the Zentu Encoder is the ability to record from a device. What does this mean? This means that is you have a webcam or capture card you can create a stream with it. This would alow you to record a message from your desk and post it on your website in a few easy clicks.

We start by opening the Zentu application and selecting the add device option.

Next we select the appropriate device. In my case this is a logitech webcam.

The next step is to go to the preview area. Once you are happy with what you see in the preview are click the icon to start capturing. To stop capturing click the icon again.

Now that you have created a video you will see it in the Video Files box.

You can now encode your video and upload it to your website.
